Hotels

NMSDC has negotiated discounted hotel rates for attendees. You must make your hotel reservation through the portal below. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. All reservations must be received by September 13, 2024, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.

Shuttle Services

We will have daily shuttle service from the hotels listed below except for the Signia by Hilton Atlanta and the Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park, which are connected to the convention center. Hotel Indigo Atlanta Downtown, Hilton Atlanta, Marriott, and Embassy Suites pick-up location will be at the Hyatt Regency (less than a minute's walk). Shuttles will be available for the receptions from all hotels listed below.

Housing Pirates

Housing “pirates” and “poachers” are third-party companies that misrepresent themselves by claiming to be the housing provider for a given convention or trade show and profit by booking registrants outside the official room block.

Don’t be misled! NMSDC does not solicit attendees for housing reservations. If you receive an unsolicited phone call or email by a third-party, avoid providing any personal and/or financial information. These companies are not affiliated or working in partnership with NMSDC, and reservations made through these companies for our annual conference cannot be guaranteed.
