Discounted Rates for Attendees
NMSDC has negotiated discounted hotel rates for attendees. You must make your hotel reservation through the portal below. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space-available basis. All reservations must be received by September 15, 2023, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.
Housing Pirates
Housing “pirates” and “poachers” are third-party companies that misrepresent themselves by claiming to be the housing provider for a given convention or trade show and profit by booking registrants outside the official room block.
Don’t be misled! NMSDC does not solicit attendees for housing reservations. If you receive an unsolicited phone call or email by a third-party, avoid providing any personal and/or financial information. These companies are not affiliated or working in partnership with NMSDC, and reservations made through these companies for our annual conference cannot be guaranteed. Please also get as much information as you can and pass it along to us at info@nmsdc.org.
Hotel Scam Notice: we have been made aware of a new hotel scam. A company (BCB International in this case but there may be others) is contacting exhibitors offering a discount which quickly turns into asking our exhibitors to cancel their hotel reservations and move to the hotel they're working with to get the discount. These groups are unauthorized and do not work on behalf of NMSDC. If you are contacted, please forward any pertinent information to info@nmsdc.org.

Trouble Finding a Room? If you're having trouble booking your hotel stay due to the availability of rooms, please contact 800-282-6632 for assistance.
Cut-Off Date: The last date to book your reservation at the discounted rate is September 15, 2023, so we encourage you to book as soon as possible.
Cancel Fee: There will be a $50 late cancel fee charged to all attendees who cancel starting September 1, 2023.
Sub-Block Requests: Anyone needing more than 5 rooms would need to have their request approved by NMSDC first. Please email your request to Paula Eggleston, at peggleston@baltimore.org.
Assistance by Phone: If any night required for your stay is not available, if you need to make multiple reservations, or if you are experiencing any difficulty accessing the booking site, please call 800-282-6632, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET Monday -Friday, for assistance.
