NMSDC has negotiated discounted hotel rates for attendees. You must make your hotel reservation through Orchid Events. Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space available basis. All reservations must be received by September 23, 2022, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates.

The 2022 NMSDC 50th Anniversary Conference & Exchange hotel room block is full. Attendees/Exhibitors looking for housing may use this alternative site hosted by Advanced Reservation Systems, Inc. (aRes).
NMSDC is not responsible for collecting any fees associated with higher rates, no-show fees, or any agreements made between you and aRes. Nightly rates and fees are established by aRes and cannot be modified by NMSDC.

Deposits
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee for deposit of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED during this initial stage and will be held as a GUARANTEE only.
Note: Hotels may charge the credit card associated with the reservation a deposit of one night’s room rate and tax after October 6, 2022.
Cancellations & Changes
Reservation cancellations are permitted without penalty until September 23, 2022. Reservations cancelled between September 23, 2022 and October 6, 2022, will be charged a $125 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled after October 6, 2022, will be charged a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax.
Through October 6, 2022, changes and cancellations can be made online or by contacting Orchid Events via e-mail at help@orchid.events. After October 6, 2022, contact your hotel to make changes and/or cancellations.
